NBA video games afraid of putting Wilt Chamberlain in his prime in the game?

well nba videogames are horrible now anyways! It baffels me how nba2k on the dreamcast was near perfect nba basketball game...and this was like almost a decade ago but somehow the graphics and gameplay got worse I don't get it?
