Do any of you fellow bikers talk on your iphone and ride at the same time?

i have an iphone and was wondering if any of you guys ever ride and talk on your iphone at the same time using the apple headphones with built in mic on the wire... you know... the ones that come with the iphone... is it possible to talk with those head phones on? or does the wind blowing into the mic when you ride make it impossible for the person on the other end to hear what you are saying??... if this doesnt work, then is there any way to talk on the phone while on a bike.. or is talking on the phone while riding impossible unless you pull over to talk??
