Lancer evo ?

Some of the higher end luxury cars now have 6 speed auto's. But not in the WRX or EVO. The good thing about the evo's is now that they have the paddle shifts. Also, the 4 speed is not a bad thing for speed, escpecially with the power that and evo or wrx put to the ground, and they shift faster than you can with a manual. The only run longer between gears than a 5 speed or 6 speed does. Which like I said isn't a bad thing with enough power. On of the best transmission in drag racing is still the Chevy 2 speed power glide or Ford 3 speed FMX/C4. Top end is alittle less limited in the Evo WRX 4 speed but how often do you go about 125 130 ish?
