Please help important!?

This is a long one so bear with me. Me and this girl used to always text and I was being a pervert kind of and her mom made her stop texting me. Her sister hates me too. Everytime she sees me in the hall or outside she'll look away or look down. It's been like this for as month. Problem is, I really like her. At recess, I finally got the to go up and talk to her. I said hey francheska, can we be friends? She said no. I said okay, that's cool. She said no, it's not. It really hurt my feelings and I almost cryed. I acted cool and just walked away though. Any advice for me? Idk if I'm a bad guy or not. I really feel like an ....Help Please :(
