How do these spec's sound for a laptop/notebook?

Like it but you are going to run you computer pretty hard if you play blue ray, you want 1066 FSB processor or a dedicated gpu not an integrated GPU like the 4500MHD you have. Of course it will run, just it will be hot and sometimes skip if you play blue ray. Its fine in every other way, make sure you get 802.1 n wireless though.
