Those who are quick to call others names are of questionable morals and wisdom, I would not let it bother me. Listen to your Jewish sources, they are correct in their understanding of the poetic source of much of the OT. Be advised though, there is an aspect of their own literature that even they are not aware of. Good luck in your continued studies friend.
