How can I just get back into going to the gym but this time alone?

So recently I moved from Jersey to Maryland last winter and I haven't been able to get motivated to go to the gym. In jersey I started lifting the summer before my Junior Year and by Senior Year everyone asked me for advice and help. Me and My Friends always went to the gym together it was great. Sadly though since moving I can't get motivated to go. I mean I tried to go the 1st week I was there and for some reason I got tired faster and then just couldn't be bothered to train. In the last few months I've just been sitting on my *** eating junk food and watching tv. I looked in the mirror one day and didn't like what I saw but after months of not working out. My skills went down dramatically. My impressive 315 bench went down to 225, My cardio is absolutely terrible now i have to build it back up. I also have to say no one here once to go with me. It seems everyone I ask is just not into it. I tried the cross fit workout cindy but its more of a conditioning and fat loss workout than muscle builder Don't have money for Personal Trainer. So any advice from anyone would be helpful. I just wanna be like my old self again even if I'm going it alone these days. Also my dad bought me LL Cool J's platinum workout and LL Cool j's platinum workout 360 are they any good. Please I'm genuinely asking for help
