Should I freeze cupcakes or frosting?

I am making cupcakes for the Superbowl, but I will be out of town Friday and Saturday. So I have to either pre-bake the cupcakes and freeze them or pre-make the frosting and freeze that because I won't have enough time for everything on Sunday.
