What are some good gifts to get for friends on christmas?

it always takes me forever to find the perfect gifts for christmas that my friends will <3. I don't plan to spend a ton of $ on each because I have all of my family to get gifts for/ Most of my friends are 16.17. I was wondering if going to botuique shops and getting them a picture of us printed and putting it in a picture frame with a necklace... or some ornaments. But I kind of want more exiting things then that. Also, i never know what to get my parents for christmas either? Please give me ideas... :D thanks.
