Jehovah's Witnesses can we answer this question by the President about theocracy?

I read it, I agree that No one can be theocratic and part of any human government that does not adhere to Jesus words. We do have a heavenly government and soon it will be put in it's proper place and will have no opposition, May it come quickly brother. This skin bottle of my tears must be the size of lake michigan.
