How do you measure calorie intake? How to diet?

Yes it is. You can do it and you dont need programs. Fitness begins in the kitchen!!! Your diet can consist of skinless chicken, lean pork, nuts, fruits, veggies, whole wheat carbs, lowfat cheeses, skim milk and you will lose weight trust me! If you are male and working out, try to eat about 1800 a day if you are female then about 1500. Your weight melt off if you eat well. Just be patient and dont give up! Eat 6 meals throughout the day, and do cardio and I promise you that you wont regret it.
