Does my fish bowl have no oxygen?

my boyfriend won a fish at the state fair and instead of just hurting it, i decided that i wanted to give it a home. i have no conditioner in the water, i distilled water for 24 hours in the tank then poured the water that the fish came in into the distilled water. it's been 3 or 4 days now and just recently my goldfish (bubbles) has been coming to the surface which i think is for air, what should i do?
