Debate on "Going Green"?

Resolved: The United States energy policy should be changed in order to increase the production and use of sustainable and eco-friendly energy. Please help me get some ideas from both the negative (rejecting or not wanting to support the resolution) and affirmative (wanting and supporting the resolution) sides. Why or why not should the United States do more to be eco-friendly/green. Thanks!!!
