What do I do about my marriage? and how do I deal with my husband?

hey there haooy easter not sure howto handle my husband I have tried tlaiking to him he accuses me of trying to kill him trying to end hisd life saying he will tape evrything I dsay he refuses to make the marriage work wont talk to me and is keen to play with my daughter and play computer games.I told him I wnat a divorce and he said he will fight m,e and Im strrring up touble if I did what do I do and how do I deal with him last time he worte a defamatory lettr to the solicitors I approached accusing me of being a psycho how do I deal with this?
